Handling your order
Our store make use of door-to-door Fastway couriers services to most urban areas. We use store-to-door Aramex services to send to all smaller towns with no extra cost. All deliveries can be expected after 2-5 business days.
Shipping starts at only R70 and is capped at a maximum of R170 regardless of your order size.

Can’t track your parcel yet? Please allow 24 hours for your order to be reflected on Fastway’s system and try again.
Please remember to supply us with a contact number to be used by the relevant courier company and to answer all calls when expecting a delivery.
All payments are done through and secured by PayFast. We offer credit, debit, EFT and Instant EFT payment options for your convenience at checkout.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us at no charge, provided that you request a return within 3 days after receiving your parcel and that you complete the sender and receiver information on the satchel provided by Fastway during collection. Send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange for collection. All refunds will be settled within 5 to 7 business days.
If for any reason you wish to refund a sealed, unopened order, you can return it within a calender month by shipping it to our warehouse. Send us an email at sales@milklactationproducts to notify us that you are returning your order for refund. The full cost of the product only will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days after receival. Any opened order will not be accepted unless it is faulty.
All faulty product returns or refunds will be handled and completed within 5 to 7 business days and any amount due will be paid directly into your bank account.
